We can help you find the right subdivision that fits your unique needs and price range.   As a builder, we can point out any issues that may arise with building on various types of lots.  Issues you may encounter include square footage minimums, easements, excessive fill, retaining walls, drainage and expensive pad construction can all effect the price of your future home.  Let us prevent you from making a costly mistake.

 

Plan design:

Choose from our extensive library of previously built homes or we can help design your dream home from scratch.  Working directly with the builder allows for a seamless design and build process which avoids any surprise cost overruns during the construction phase.

 

Quote: 

When the lot is chosen and the plans are complete, we will provide a detailed quote.  All quotes provide a list of all materials used in construction, along with allowances for flooring, countertops, etc.

 

Financing:

We work with a local lender to provide construction financing.
